Print2022 Refund Policy

WMLA 2022 Refund Policy

COVID19 Basis

Any delay in start-of or mid-season execution due to COVID19 restriction, in the time period of first week of April to first week of August, shall have a prorated refund to members, if and only if makeup practices and home games are not reasonably possible.

This refund shall be based on per-team unused and credited Wallaceburg and Walpole arena practice floor-times and game floor-times / officiating non-expended costs during the period of restriction. Away game costs are borne by the host team.

Unattended tournaments will have their fees refunded if they refund the organization, which is reasonably expected.

Any credits received shall be passed onto the membership in the form of 2023 registration credit (preferentially) or outright refund (always applicable to players who graduate out of or choose to leave the WMLA).

Any player who chooses to leave WMLA 2022 programming after May 1st or 4 weeks after 2022 floor-time kick-off, is not eligible for refund.

All refunds will not include the 2022 Insurance fee of 32.10$ that is paid by the club to the OLA, as it’s non-refundable.
